Convenient location, close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. Private and relatively quiet room.

Early check, in fee and additional charges for the entire stay. Unpleasant view of the nearby freeway from the front.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn for a 4-night trip to NYC. The hotel was excellent value for money and conveniently located just one block away from the subway. The staff was friendly and the room, although small, was very clean and modern. The breakfast provided was the best Continental breakfast I've had, with plenty of choices and constant restocking. The WiFi worked well, and I especially enjoyed taking a stroll through Sunset Park for beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline.
